Due to the personalized nature of our products they may only be returned if there is an error or defect in the material or manufacturing. If So, you may return the product to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or credit. All returns must come back to us in original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

If your replacement is in stock, it should reach you in 2 to 3 weeks.
